Well for those of you following the progress you know it's been very small and infrequent. Basically all that's happened is the change in the livery and even that's not complete yet.

Since the project is moving at such a slow pace at this time I've decided to put it on suspension.

I thought it had a pretty straightforward twist....

This is what it used to look like.

I purchased a set of Penske shocks/Eibach springs for the car guys. ;) NO WAY am I giving up on this thing. Next step is the brake bias bar and 6-piston calipers all around followed by a single YZF-R1 engine for power.

Stay tuned.

How much do you expect to have into it when finished? That might look pretty damn good driving around on the street up here! :nut:

Not sure, less than $40K USD for sure.

I plan to register it here in Arizona but I doubt it'll ever turn a wheel up near you guys. But who knows, maybe I'll attend a beyond trackday with it in the future.

Unless you're coming up by the end of the year, I wouldn't count on it :(

Wow, that's pretty cheap, atleast vs what I was thinking!

Nice suspension set-up.

Will the R1 engine provide enough thrills?

Power will come first from a single R1 engine. I want to get used to the handling before I have a ton of power on hand. Plus I'm more likely to get a plate for it with a single engine installed when I go through the inspection process. ;)

Then I will add the other two bringing the HP up to 525. After I'm comfortable with that amount of power I will yank the engines, build them stronger with lower compression and add the 4088R.
