I sent in an entry and I got an e-mail yesterday saying I'm one of the 500 who made it to win one of the 50 Cubes!

I'm really excited but I also only have a couple days to make a 'canvas' about me for people to vote on. In a couple days, I'm going to start a thread about it and hopefully with the aid of Beyond help me get votes!

The chances of winning I'd say are pretty high if you have help from forum affiliates, etc.. So if I do indeed win one, I'm going to donate a prize pack of some sort (PS3 or 360 Elite + more?) to Beyond so they can hold some kind of contest in the future for Beyond members. But I really need Beyond's help!

Anywho, the voting starts Thursday, April 16 so I'll post that thread in the General section in a couple days. Stay tuned! :D

Congrats on making it into the top 500! I'm glad somebody took my posting seriously and followed up on it.

So I guess the two of us will be competing for a cube as I made it into the top 500 as well. It would be nice if both of us won one.

BTW, the rules state that people can place 1 vote per candidate per day... so that means that people here can vote for both of us.

Also, there seems to be very few Calgarians in the top 500. I only know of the 2 of us so far. There's quite a few people from Toronto and Montreal that made it to the top 500...

So members of Beyond.ca, don't let Toronto and Montreal win all the Cubes! Vote for Calgarians!!! Vote everyday starting April 16 at http://hypercube.ca and look for Qubic in the list of candidates (that's me), and look for whatever name Disoblige will be using (look for her posting sometime soon).

I too am in the top 500! Wahoo I hope that we weee provinces win Cubes too!! I am in BC. When the three of us win we can road trip cube-aravan the British Columbia & Alberta HWY1 . We are now the three Cubamigo's!
