went to my car this morning to go to work (sunday march 29) at 7am and found it in this condition.
the fender was much worse, i had to bend it out of the wheel well to drive the car to work without shredding the tire.

no note on either car.
information that i am speculating.
-Vehicle is a 1995 or similar generation Land Rover Range Rover
-Color is unknown
-Vehicle in question impacted my front fender and the vehicle in front of me with the front passenger corner of the Land Rover. there is also a chance the piece i found could be from the tail light section of the rover, this is unknown.
-Land Rover sustained a broken front marker lens and possible bumper damage.
-Driver was likely drunk
the picture was a piece i picked up out of the snow that has a part number stamped on it, and when i googled it i came up with this

so if anyone spots a range rover with damage to either front or rear right amber lens, write down the plate and pass it on, lets have this guy charged.
im not worried about the damage, would be nice for the person to offer to replace the fender at least tho.
