Im not sure how creatable this source is, but apparently the new Dubai Circuit is facing construction delays. There is a chance that Montreal could host the race in October, moving Brazil back to November.

I really wanted to see a race in Dubai, but Montreal would be just as good !

Canada could do the sensational return to the Formula 1 calendar, as reported Sunday by a local television. According items corridor from paddock in Melbourne last weekend, the channel of the French language Reseau des Sports, was quoted as saying that the construction of the new circuit in Abu Dhabi - planned as the final event of the season - are in a situation serious delay.

The problems of Abu Dhabi would be a consequence of the global financial crisis, with Montreal set to take over after the exclusion from the calendar in 2009 following the failure to reach an agreement with Bernie Ecclestone.

In any case, Canada should not be simply to replace the event of Abu Dhabi in November, but earlier in October, the Grand Prix of Brazil, which in this way would become the new round of the championship final.

Autoblog reports the same.

May be I won't take it for granted and take in a F1 race in Montreal.
