FS: PW0 chip

i have a obd0 pwo b16 chip only
vtec set at 4600 no speed limit
i did notice a huge difference when i installed it but i went obd1 now and dont need it

ill buy it off you..but before i do would it work on a b16 gen 2 motor which is obd1??? + doesnt vtec start at 46 k anyway?? its going in a 89 ef9
