so got i the parking spot from my aunt that's gone on mat leave, i dont have to work Down town anymore so the spot is up for rent based on a month to month starting immediately. it is located on 12 ave 8 street SW across from the safeway.... ONLY $120 a month firm... its is underground, not heated but gated...
