Well if you have been following the character Bruno, you'll know that he isn't all about gay jokes. He actually makes people look absolutely ridiculous and extremely stupid and how easily some people are manipulated in front of a camera. I love both Borat and Bruno equally but Bruno's accent and made up austrian/german words are awesome.

I have never seen a movie as inappropriately funny as this one. If you are easily offended, save your money, because it is very offensive. If you are easily gay'd out, then stay home, because there is a lot of gay in the movie.

If you have no expectations of a hollywood production, go see it. I laughed from beginning to end and at a couple points had tears streaming down my face. The rest of the audience was in the same boat....very funny movie with a lot of "OMG I cannot believe that just happened" scenes in it. The last scene was absolutely classic. He does a great job of exposing ignorant / religious / humorless americans and even interviews a terrorist and former Israeli / Palestinian politicians.

I'd see it again. :thumbsup: :thumbsup:

Saw this today and I will be one of a few that liked this better than Borat (although, I'll give it another try again).

Funny thing is that I saw some kids (around 10-12) with their mummy sit in the movie. Thought that in itself was hilarious. I think the mom had no idea what she was getting into. Also saw one guy leave during the focus group part.

Anyway, this movie is a double-edged sword. I think it would spread a little bit of both tolerance and intolerance towards gays/lesbians.

I havent seen it yet, but if your going to see a movie with Ali g in it you should be ready for it. He doesent make your everyday comedy. I was watching Ali g before he came to North America and believe me he has some messed up shit.
