1. Why does show home have quotations around it? Makes it sound like there's something wrong with it. I mean it makes it sound like there's something "wrong" with it.

2. Finished to the "9s" or has an unfinished basement? Which is it? :dunno:

Not trying to beat you down, just trying to understand since I'm looking for a house in the area. But I've looked at a few in Hidden Valley and similar areas with 2 car garage, 4.5 bathroom, 3 level, finished basement and fireplace for $297,000. It is a duplex though which might account for the price difference, just pointing it out. Not sure if this one is a house or duplex, good luck.

Just curious but is the lack of garage the only explanation for the difference in price between these two houses that are just doors apart? Seems strange seeing this one has more square footage but the two houses look almost exactly the same from the outside.

I don't mean to rain on the sale or anything(And if anything I posted goes against this subforums rules I apologize) but I am simply curious as to how things are being priced in the current market. This house is the first actual detached house that is not in the middle of nowhere that I might be able to afford :)
