It's never been dyno'd. However I have done some rolling highway races. We are guessing about 210 at the wheels, but it could be lower and be mistaking it with torque. This thing is a serious torque monster.
I'm also comparing it to my 08 civic si (slightly modded) and the Tib pulls instantly from it.

I beat a modded up 2008 Mustang V6 last summer with it.

are you sure of those numbers? 210 at the wheels?
You're comparing your torque numbers to an Si @ 139 ft/lbs. Or a grossly overweight V6 mustang 250 ft/lbs (weighs >1,000 lbs more)

That V6 pushes 170 hp & 180 ft/lbs (flywheel/engine)..

I'm curious also:

You're saying you're getting an additional [30-40 hp]x[~25% @ wheel] from that manifold?

If you READ my post you would have seen we are not sure of the #'s we are comparing it runs against other cars and butt-dyno's. My personal opinion at the wheels is 185 - 190. This car has never been dyno'd
