WTB: Laptop Ram PC2100 or PC2700

I'm looking for some ram for my THinkpad X31

It needs to be PC2100 or PC2700

I have two open slots on the machine.....and would like to buy two 512MB chips or one 1 Gig chip.

Not looking for any 256 chips as I currently have two of those in there.

Let me know what you have and your price.
