I figure if anyone would have any idea, it would be someone on here, so I'm going to give it a shot.

My dad has a 1969 Mustang Convertible shell, no dents, dings, and it only appears to have minor surface rust. He also has TONS of original ford parts for it stored away (Body panels, fenders, new rag top etc...)

Do you guys think this stuff would sell? and If so what would be reasonable to ask for it? I understand you would need to see it before you could make a proper judgment, but I've looked around on a couple sites and can't really find what it would be worth.

I don't see why it wouldn't sell... by shell do you mean rolling chassis? or JUST body?
id say $10-15k wouldn't be unreasonable IF it was a rolling chassis with all included parts

Just the body, I'm not sure what all he still has parts wise, but I do know the Engine and Tranny are gone-zo. He might still have the rear axle, but I don't know. I'll take some pictures of what he does have and post 'em up soon.

i donno what that guy up there is talking about. 10-15k for a shell? thats retarded.

i wouldnt expect over 5k with what you have described. maybe up to like 8 grand if the shell was close to mint.

10-15k can get you a restored '67. An unrestored shell is worth very little.

I would agree. Unrestored shell with some Ford spares? I'd think $1000 - $1500 would be likely. Maybe if you find the right guy? All the panels are still available, so it's not like this is a really rare item.
