Is this the ZHP model with 10 extra horsepower, different final drive etc?

ZHP Package did not come to Canada.

The closest was the M Performance Package which did have the increase in HP as well as different final drive. There were differences in the packages as well such as wheel size, tachometer needle, and some interior styling cues.

I gathered this information from the numerous websites devoted to the 3 series hope this helps.
