is there any programs where I can make a picture bigger without it getting screwed up or blurred?

doubt it, the only images that can be resized without distortion are vector images... bitmaps and jpegs and shit work differently.

highly doubt that ther is a program for what you want to do.

nope, a pictures made up of little pixels, enlarging it just causes those pixels to stretch

vector images arent made up of little pixels.. like i said, they work differently... all other image formats as far as i know are composed of pixels.
