Bell htc touch wifi locked

I currently have a HTC touch from bell and the wifi is locked were on other companies (ex Rogers) the same phone has the wifi unlocked.
n e way of unlocking the wifi on a bells touch?

CDMA touch never got the WiFi chip, as far as I know.

It did however get the A-GPS capability with the 6.1 update.

this is correct, no wifi chip. the rogers phone is not the same phone.
