these are capable of both high/low beam in a single bulb, they were used in my MX-3 for about 2 months, don't need anymore because i have jdm headlights now.

comes with everything you'll need
-Relay harness
-Ballasts
-Ballast holders
-9004 bulbs
-Installation instruction manual
