canon 1dsIII with a couple L lenses. Most of the safari pics were with a 100-400.

that is one hell of a distracting logo haha, but great photos otherwise =)

I was born in Tanzania and the pictures brought some good memories. Why didn't you take a shot of mount kilimanjaro?

These are only a small portion of my photos, and there are several shots of Mt. Kilimanjaro.

number 12, 16 and 18 on on the Kenya site are have Mt. Kilimanjaro, they were taken from Amboseli Game Park.

Unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to ascend the volcano.

I had the most fun in Mali, it is a fantastic place to visit. Beside the capital (which sucks) the whole country is like a 500 year time capsule. You really get to experience some authentic historic cultures. The only issue I had was that my french isn't so good.

If you can go anywhere in Africa, Mali is the place to go!

I was in Mali for 6 days, in Kenya and Tanzania for 9 days and in Nigeria for 10 days (5 days of which was for a conference in petroleum microbiology).
