Have you tried taking it out AFTER you have driven and warmed it up?
Trying to take out a cold O2 sensor is much much harder than after you warm it up. Get a breaker bar/pipe and throw a socket on it and it should come off after a little struggle!

before he goes over to help you, spray quatro or wd40 on it every couple hours or so (dont drive it around tho), but if its got a mountain of corrosion, break out the acetylene torch! lol

If I didn't have to work tonight I'd come by and help. I have all the sockets for O2 sensors and have gotten out some pretty sticky ones before. The tips above are spot on. They come out _MUCH_ easier when the exhaust is nice and hot, just watch yourself working around it. If possible use a box-end wrench (unplug the sensor and feed the wire through the wrench) then lock something on to the end of it to get some leverage. Don't use an open-ended wrench, and unless you cut the wires you can't really get a normal socket on to it.

WD40 won't do shit all..... get some PD Blaster and soak it every couple hours. It'll come out no problem after that.
