Hello Ladies and Gents. Well Mainly the Ladies....haha...

The time has come to make my annual rep thread for the upcoming Calgary show. I am still unsure of doing Edmonton as this moment, but will update if that changes.

This year the show is taking place June 13, 2009 at the BIG FOUR BUILDING.

Past years we have had huge response from users and the beyond Mod/Admin team thank you very much for that. Like in past years, I want our booth to be THE booth at the show. I want more than anything to have a full array of vehicles. This year though, we here at beyond are changing things up.

What I would like to do this year is showcase, just as in years past, the time, money, blood, sweat, tears and relationships we all put into our whips. But this year I am going to only be opening up 7 (seven) spots in the booth. If you have a bike, and would like to rep in the booth, the same applies, but there are extra spots on top of the 7 allocated for you.

There will be more of an audition process in showcasing your, car, truck or bike. So, If you would like to rep for beyond.ca then please post up your car, all mods done and some pictures. Also something that makes your car distinct, a selling point and we can go from there. You can also pm them to me if you wish to.

Your vehicle must have less than 1/4 tank of fuel in order to enter premises.

Cars will cost 40 dollars each, and bikes will be 20 dollars each. I will collect the money during roll-in, so please bring it then, and I WILL NOT have change, I am NOT a bank haha...

There is only one show...

It will be held June 13, 2009...

There are only 7 slots not because some are reserved but we have a smaller venue this year and wanna maximize the space that Mark and the Driven crew give to beyond.ca. So I just wanna make the most of those 7 spots with some sick builds, some different builds and some variety...

No information on the model yet...

Arif, if you really want variety i can possibly get my gti back on the road and enter it...?

it was in the 2007 show and i got an award with it too. there are not too many modded mk3 vw's kicking around and AFAIK this is the only boosted 2.0 if not mk3 vw in town.

as for mods, it has a little bit of everything. performance, interior, exterior, and audio.

just checking if this is what you are looking for, if it is, it would give me motivation to get it running and on the road again because its been sitting in storage for a while now LOL

I will offer you the same answer I have offered others in the same spot for parts, or waiting to get out of the paint booth.

Let me know when the parts are in....and then we can proceed from there. Too many times in the past (even though the show is 2 months away) parts don't arrive or fit, or cars don't come out of the paint booth and it has left me scrambling. Especially this year with me wanting a smaller more intimate booth.

I think this car is pretty distinct on its own with all the smoked accents. Turns a few heads on the road, as well it has a fresh paint job. The car used to be silver. Plus its lady driven!! :P

I actually had my first Talon for longer than the NSX, but yeah, I don't keep cars very long... I like to drive different things and now I'm feeling it's bike time before I get much too old to ride a crotch rocket around, haha.

OK, I am not sure for the entrance just yet...Will find out and update the information.

As for roll-in together as a group...because of everyone's different schedules it is hard to get that to happen.

If you are there and have to leave early...leave your keys with someone in case we have to move cars around...I should be there early...so I can hang onto the keys and the gf's...

In regards to being let in early the next day to detail....yes...the doors for people with vehicles, booths in the show will be open around 9:30 am...you can show up then and detail if you need to...
