Hi

I know theres lots of these threads but i didnt want to read through all of them.

For the last 6 months i've been doing the following

8m / 30 minutes twice a week
Low Reps Weight training 2 - 3 times a week.
hockey 2 times a week.

Recently i started running 8m/20 mins but every day.

Today i started reading stuff on interval training and how much better it is for burning fat, keeping muscle, and inproving endurance. Can someone tell me a routine of interval training to do thats somewhat equivalent to what ive been doing.

is it ok to run every day or should i be resting more?

I always give it a check if Im looking to change up the routine.

is it ok to do a high intensity workout everyday?

Im not really sure.
I would take a break in between workouts.
Monday, Wednesday, Friday go High Intensity Interval,
Maybe Tuesday, Thursday Settle it down and go with some light cardio, throw in some yoga if you're feeling it.

Main thing is to give your body a break when it needs it.
