Maybe he recently purchased the car and has an intransit pass? Either way, i think hes supposed to post that on the window as well.

a lot of cars in transit from the US don't have plates. I don't see what the big deal is. :dunno:

yea this is what i was thinking also, it should still be on the back windsheild

but on a side not, about 7 years back someone stole the plate off our car and my dad cruised around for the whole day w/o a plate on :dunno:

I'm pretty sure it goes on the front actually... don't ask me why.

In transit papers go on the front right part of the windshield.

Fuck if I wasn't married I'd have bought that car in a heartbeat.

Could possibly be a used dealer car with a salesman who doesn't know how to hang a plate. I saw a 09 Ford F150 in transit on Crowchild and his plate was whipping around and finally flew off.

Asking price of 21k I think? There was one on Kijiji (also Sportline w/ 5 speed and not modified) with 111k on the odo and $19k. <sigh>

When my plate was stolen I drove around a couple days. A couple people pulled up beside me to tell me I had none.

This is true. Maybe somebody stole his plate? If that were to happen chances are he wouldn't have realized right away. Who actually walks around their car everytime they go anywhere?

Probably in transit. I drove my car back without plates and drove around calgary with no plates or intransit for awhile and never got any attention for it:dunno:
Great fun with the toll roads though.

my car has a in transit permit on it right now. Goes on the windsheild bottom passenger side.... Got pulled over the other day. Cop comes up and says Do you know you have no licence plate lol.

Its very stupid the pass should go on the back.
