Been online looking for used wheels but dont know if i should settle with rims that dont suffice my wants

really depends what your needs are, do you know what sizes you want? most of those online rim stores suck because they do not list offsets and the majority of the wheels are 7j

and to go with that i need summer tires

Im not set on a specific size yet because of my budget
