I like Cardel. Nice/Clean facility with lots to do. I haven't really compared prices so I'm not sure what's the best bang for buck.

What about the city-run gyms? I've been strongly considering Thornhill once my U of C membership expires. I've never been but it's nearby.

I am selling my Gold's Northland membership.... $19.64 bi-weekly. Probably won't find a better deal at a gym with that type of equipment. PM me if you're interested.

YMCA Crowfoot is pretty good. Lot of space, good equipments and classes.

Cardel is pretty nice but can be pretty busy.

Gold is good. Lot of cardio machines. No pool.

Been to all 3. Now going to Golds.

I guess you could techinically include the University gym as well, as far as bang for buck it's $62 bucks for the summer I believe, but definitely not the nicest facility around

yeah that's not bad actually, the closest one to me is cardel, and then probably northland golds. im probably going to choose between one of those most likely going with golds.

Tried it for one month, didn't like it at all. Limited equipment + really old weights. It's awesome though for cardio since you have the treadmill + pool.
