Up for sale is a 1d mark 2, there are a few scuffs on the body. The camera is in excellent working condition. There has been 47k shots on the body, the body is rated to 200k. In contrast, the 40d or 5d has a rated life of 100k so you still have more shutter life left on the camera than most cameras.
