I'd buy a:
- E39 M5, like this:
E39 M5 (http://www.autotrader.com/fyc/vdp.jsp?ct=u&car_id=254517665&dealer_id=3386618&car_year=2000&rdm=1239668416224&model=M5&num_records=25&systime=&make2=&highlightFirstMakeModel=&start_year=1997&keywordsfyc=&keywordsfyc=&keywordsrep=&keywordsrep=&engine=&certified=&body_code=0&fuel=&awsp=false&search_type=both&distance=0&marketZipError=false&search_lang=en&showZipError=n&make=BMW&keywords_display=&color=&page_location=findacar%3A%3Aispsearchform&min_price=&drive=&default_sort=priceASC&seller_type=b&max_mileage=&style_flag=1&sort_type=priceASC&address=14201&advanced=y&end_year=2003&doors=&transmission=Manual&max_price=&cardist=2104&standard=false)

or an 04 WRX STI.

or

Most of these look really clean and appears to be accident free according to the carfax.

for an suv, it'd be likely an 02-03 BMW X5.
you guys?

What I'd do with 20k to spend? I'd find me a nice classic '60s car to own! Nothing of the fancy new car tuners - thank you. That's what I will do for sure if I have that $$

An 04 STi is not the best year for the STi smaller bolt pattern, narrower rear track, narrower rear fenders, no radio........

Wow! So many s2000's so cheap.

I've seen some fx35's bordering that price.

I bought my 05 SE Z50 (Murano) for 21k in feb. Best deal in town.

25.5 MPG on average.. who can complain? Plus AWD comes in handy.

solid!

I went mid twenties and picked up an '06 tacoma with 20,000km on it.

It was tough to do, considering you can find real nice WRXs or even STIs for that kind of money all day long... but practicality won out in the end...

The only thing is the high exchange rate making that car about 21kcdn all said and done, and most us owners dont have the title to their vehicles.

I'd buy a Range Rover.

In car form, probably a Subaru.

Yeah, like the day after I got it I found a bunch of other cars I was considering.. but a 350z all year round.. is not really practical for a 22 year old who plays sports ha ha. fuck. :banghead:

That's pretty sweet mileage, I only get ~20mpg average, but I live downtown, lots of sitting in traffic. Highway mileage is sweet, though.

I'd upgrade from my 3'er to an 330ci ZHP.

I test drove a MINI S last night, that was a lot of fun to drive. Talk about go cart!

Im buying a 2001 Stage 3 S4!
(Yeah I know I had one... but this one has a few more mods and less mileage!)

Import a Jeep Cherokee SRT8 (If I could find one for less than 20k)

Apparently its really good mileage according to nissanmurano.org/forums. Most people are only getting 20-22 mpg.

I did notice that I have to drive a lot more conservative until she warms up though.. nothing like running 1200rpm at 80k/hr ha ha. and barely 2000 rpm at 120!
