Has anyone had any dealings with them? I searched but didn't really get anywhere.

This car is 2005 Acura RSX TYPE S with 97000kms manual $21,999

Good shape a couple little scratches and what not but over all good shape. I have done some price checking and seems their on the high side. I did find to other rsx that were the same color, kms were around the same for 5-7k less but just checking things out.

Any advice would be good. I did check with blackbook, bluebook and their not very forgiving to this car. $10k to $13k

I was at BMW in crowfoot and asked a salesman if i were to trade a car in (Acura RSX what would it be worth just roughly on a 330 and he said in acouple years maybe $8-10k depending on kms, yada yada yada

Bmw is what car I really want just not right at the moment! :D

that seems really high :S
shop around a little bit, or private sale if possible

I would hold on if you plan to change your car in a few years. Find a private seller instead if you really want to buy an RSX. Just buy a piece of shit for now, the rewards would be better off for you in the end.

Better deals to be had private.

Umm I would talk to them on that price. What colour is it? If its the one that I looked at 3 months ago now its been the same price since then. So I would consider talking to them about the price since they havent moved it yet.

$22 for a 5 year old out of warranty RSX or $28K for a new Civic Si.

hmmm, definitely priced for fanboys.

That has always been the case.

My brother in-law bought a Base RSX in 2002 for $22K.

I bet it is worth $12K even though it is 7 years old. WTF!

Don't buy anything there. High mark-up and you need to pay an extra $500 for the "DOCUMENT FEES" as well.

Northwest Acura sucks! :thumbsdow

The Acura comes with 160,000km warranty.

They have 2 grey ones and one gold one.

Thanks for the advice guys!

If you do end up checking them out at NW Acura, ask for Zain. He's a friend of mine back from school.

NW acura sucks. when i was shopping for a new rsx in '02, the salesguy at NW acura would not drop the price at all. i went down to silverhill, and got a much better deal

It's expensive. You also have to ad GST.

Guys, what is the website where you find the retail price of a brand new Canadian vehicle, if you have subscription ?

Never liked NW Acura. For the most part, the salesmen are sleezy. Only good experience I had was when they let me take out a CSX-S for a spin with no supervision.

You can get a 2006 S2000 for $22,000, that's too high for a 2005 RSX.

where can you get a 2006 s2k for that much? I don't thnk i've ever seen a 2006 for that low

Wow that RSX is really overpriced.. I would only play like 11-12 for that year and mileage.. Honda/Acura depreciate fast!

I bought my 2005 rsx-s there last year for $26800
I only bought it there cause my parents thought private sales weren't safe.
If you really want a rsx buy it from a private seller cause dealerships are just not worth it.
My car started at like $24000 and they somehow convinced my parents to spend another $2000 on the rock guard and extended warranty or something.
It's been a year and my rockguard shit like bubbled and peeled off.
Plus unless they changed their warranty on used cars, they said they would only extend mine to 100000km or 5 years from date of when it was purchased as a new car which was 2004.

if you do your research (i.e. carfax, carproof, get inspected by a trusted mechanic, etc), i don't see why a private sale is that much more "unsafe" than buying one off the dealership.

i sold my 2003 type-s with a bunch of mods with approx. 80,000 km for 15k. granted, i got into a couple of accidents in it, it was really well taken care off. i even showed pix of the accidents and stuff. just do your research and buying a car privately should save you tons of cash.

Someone from Speedtech was selling a white one in the Marketplace a month ago for that. Plus there are a few on Autotrader.

My parents are too FOB to understand what those do. :(
They were too stubborn to let me get my friends dad to inspect cars from private sellers.

To the OP, try to find one from a private seller, you can buy it and mod it a bit for almost the same price you'd get it from the dealership for.
Just make sure you throughly inspect the car before purchase.

Definitely rare deal
I agree with this statement 100%
Very rare to see a ap2 go under 25k

^^ Ya. I was lucky enough to get mine well under 25k and in excellent condition!

22k is insane for a 2006, that's US pricing! haha.
won't see too many of those around.
