1999 was the last year this generation was made, the absolute best model IMO.
This is the all wheel drive turbo with the 4G63 motor in it (same one that's been in all the Lancer Evolutions to date).
Black exterior, came fully loaded with power everything (windows, drivers seat, locks, mirrors, moonroof), the rare black leather (not the disgusting gray), limited slip diff., ABS, turbo spoiler, 5 speed manual transmission, and stock white gauges (only available in the '99 model).
This car has never seen winter and is in mint condition with only 84k miles on it. All the belts and pumps were changed at the 60k mark as recommended, and all major gaskets have been replaced with multi-layer stainless steel gaskets.

Appearance Modifications:
-VIS racing carbon fiber evo hood
-All coloured lights (corners, reverse, taillights) replaced with tinted (legal) lights
-Debadged, center taillight painted to match car, fitted with porsche "turbo" emblem in gold.
-Isotta steering wheel and shifter
-Wired for a solid system
-Gold Konig Rizen, lightwieght racing rims/tires (18's). Brand new set of Toyos.
