Its made from Weider and comes with York weight plates, clips and a Barbell.

It has handles for doing dips, extensions for doing hamstring/glute curls and it has the extension for bicep curls as well. (check pics below)
The bench itself can be adjusted to all 3 benching positions (incline, flat, decline). Dip handles can be adjusted to desired hieght as well.

Extras include:
Two 50 lbs Plates
Six 10 lbs Plates
Barbell
Clips to hold weight on bar
