Google maps updated, find your car!

Google updated their satellite view of calgary, so naturally the first thing I do is look for my car.

- not parked in front of my house
- not parked in front of my parents house
- not parked at work
- not parked at the GF's place

I'm starting to scratch my head here, hmmm, looks like the satellite photos were taken during summer, I wonder if...

I can tell that the modified classes are running because the yellow blob is an S2000 and the white blob off to the side is an RX8, both are stock and therefore in the stock classes.

The red car in front of me is an FC RX7 and the car to the right of it is a Merkur XR4Ti

Unfortunately, looks like these were taken on a weekend, around noon, maybe a bit before (shadows indicate the sun is South-south-east).

So the chances are quite good that mine was tucked away in my parking garage.

I always thought google satellite info had to be a few years old? I guess not cause the pic shows my yard already done up and I only had it done last, oh August or September? Very interesting.

The google earth image is an older one of my place. My old truck that I had parked in the street is still in it.

It has 2 floors underground as well. There's a HUGE staircase on the north end by the tennis court, I guess it's the "front" door.

There's one house between that one and my house. We're not on the same street though.
The first house across from the Fracmaster dude's place was German Titov's. The one beside it with a longer driveway is a pretty cool place as well.

I think my car is parked across the street from my house on live maps, but I'm not positive, and there's a car apparently parked or parking at a strange angle beside my house.
