Saw this earlier today. It's awesome.
The only annoying thing is everyone's talking like this was BGT's first big surprise. How fast everyone forgot about that Paul Potts dude.

While she is impressive, that entire showed is based more on pulling heart strings to gain ratings then actually support these acts into becoming hugely popular in terms of records sold or performances.

Show takes their cut, label takes their cut, and so on, and so on...
