Any accidents? any paint work done to it?

no accidents, i have carfax avaliable. it was repainted at some point and the person who did it didnt do a good job, there is runs.

Was this car a theft recovery? the plastic pieces on top and bottom of steering column are 2 different colors, 1 is black, 1 is gray?

no, it had grey interior originally, swapped to black and havent had luck at the pick n pull for the upper cover:thumbsdow

the wheels are actually not included with the civic. they were off a VW i bought but make an offer i dont use them
