The Calgary Police is encouraging members of the public to come forward with information relating to a serious injury hit-and-run collision that occured earlier this year.
On Sunday, February 1, 2009, at approximately 9:45 p.m., a 38-year-old man was walking through a parking lot towards a business at 12024 Symons Valley Road NW, when he was struck by a blue, four-door import car.
The car fled, and was last seen traveling southbound towards the city centre. The vehicle would have sustained impact damage to the front end, hood and windshield areas.
As a result of this collision, the pedestrian suffered serious injuries requiring a lengthy stay in hospital.
There were three Caucasian men in the vehicle at the time of the incident. Each is believed to be in his early 20s.
Suspect one is described as 5'9" to 5'10" tall, approximately 175 lbs, with brown eyes and dirty blonde/brown 'shaggy' hair.
Suspect two is described as approximately 5'10" tall, 180 lbs, with brown eyes and short brown hair.
Suspect three is described as approximately 6' tall, 200 lbs, with blonde hair.
The below photographs are of men that may have information, as well as two photos of the vehicle seen fleeing the scene.
