Ripping software?

What ripping software do you guys use to back up your DVDs onto your HDD? I found something called 1st DVD Ripper 4.8 but it is WAY too slow. Any suggestions?

cladDVD .NET 3.4.0 is pretty good stuff. It takes a few minutes to Rip the good parts of a DVD to the hard drive. No more than about 10.
