Say 00 to 02, standard white former interceptor (crown vic)?

I though of picking one up to practice my mechanicing skills on (replace the brakes, rebuild parts of the engine, etc...I know I could do this on any Ford really, but I also want to drive it down Deerfoot to get peope to move teh fvck over from the left lane out of my way.) and would be willing to pay like 3 or 4k for one, but christ, some of these used lots selling them think they're worth 8-10k! WTF. It's a used police car that's had god-knows-what happen in it and has been beat to shit.

Just buy a used taxi and paint it white (or a taxi company using white colors)

No one will tell the difference, you're lucky you live deep South though, otherwise you'd just be another NE resident in a C.V.

$34.50... but really just grab one from an auction, they are closer to your 3-4k that way

Its not the "beat to shit" part thats a problem - its the hours and hours of idling.

Bought mine for $500.

It was an ex interceptor turned into a Mayfair Cab. Bought it with 500k on it, but she survived the thrashing and bashing i gave her for a while!

Yours was an old vic, tomaz. Not one of the new cool ones!

It was a '97 but that should not change the price by too much. :dunno:

The only thing that really changed was the exterior. People still moved over for me, and i never got a ticket with her (thanks to the radar-absorbing stealth paint)! ;)

Auction would be your best bet. Plus everything is cheap for them!
