1991 350SDL Turbo With Remanufactured Engine From MBZ: Must be from Florida/Cali/Texas/Anywhere in lower America

Rarest w126 diesel model produced. Only around 3000 of these in the world. 1991 is last year made for w126 body and this car was only produced in that final year

The original engines in these cars seized quite frequently (connecting rods bent...cylinder walls also had problems) and an updated connecting rod design was made later on by mbz. Alot of people got stuck with these cars after their engine seized and they did not want to pay to get a new engine (upwards of $10000USD) Very few people decided to pay that much money to fix their cars and now any 350SDL with a new engine in it is extremely rare.

So..the car I want must have a complete engine (longblock) engine swap with a remanufactured (new design..) one from mbz (again..costs $10gz USD for this engine).

Just got to find one for the right price now :D Got to be lucky and do research though....it IS possible to find one on sale for $10000US which is the price of the new engine alone..but so far luck has been bad....the price is sometimes good but the car either has an ugly exterior or an ugly interior color. Finding one with a perfect match and a new engine is going to take some waiting :(

Prolly pick up a 68 or 69 mustang, not even a fan of mustangs but ill rice it up and make it into a eleanor like the movie. Something todo in my spare time, I honestly cant think of another project car I feel like playing around with atm. The fatties in my hood will dig it, and thats all that matters.

I would have to say a skyline! I have always wanted one even thought it will probably never happen? :( I would go with an R33! The have suck a great platform and they can handle alot of power! IT would be one of the only ones in calgary too

Im with Skyline here. I would love to get an R33 and just tune the shit outta it. Biger turbos huge blow off valve custom exhaust and other engine work. the usual stuff to make big power and have crappy gas milage :)

I'd take an R34 if it was possible. I think I'll keep the E forever, but I'd like a 95 911 Turbo, or if I get something cheaper a 240sx maybe. I want something sportier than the E so I could go to the track.

He he .. again .. no 1995 Porsche911 turbo .. 94 964model 3.6 RWD Turbo or 96 AWD9 93model twin turbo .. I love those car so much ..but .. a nice 94 is still cost $100,000 area .. and a 96 Twin Turbo still at $ 120,000 to $130,000 ...

Realistically? I am pretty sure my next car is going to be a Porsche 964 (aka, 1988-1994 Porsche 911). I dunno why, but I have a unhealthy fixation with this car. Turbo or NA, even though the tubo is preferred....most likely it will be out of price range or extremely hard to find. I just love the distinctive styling, the sound of the engine, the feel of the car, the way it drives. Just love it. No electronic aids, no stability management, just the car and me.

Skys the limit? Porsche 993 Turbo. Last of the air-cooled Porsches, AWD, Twin-Turbo..oh yeah.:)

Hakkola

94 is what I thought it was before but then I remembered someone saying it was a 95 in Bad Boys, yes, the 94 it is then, my favorite car ever built I think. First turbo car I ever got a ride in.

Akagi Redsuns

Nice, haven't got to ride in a 964 Turbo yet, just got to drive a 1991 NA version, still was a blast.

Wish my first turbo car I got a ride in was a 964, my 1st ride in a turbo car was in my friends Turbo Firefly back in HS. Not a good introduction to turbo cars let me tell you.
