what kind of maintenance exactly would it be needing soon?

i will be doing the maintenance soon and the price will go up accordingly
i am doign all the belts, water pump, fuel pump, spark plugs, all the liquids will be flush, and i will be making sure all the gaskets and seals are good.

Just did a major service
changed the water pump camshaft seal camgear seals
new timing belt tensioner, BFI intake, new spark plugs, new thermostat, and changed the tranny fluid and coolant.
