Sink hole forces road closure

CTV Calgary is reporting the following traffic alert:

4 Street S.W.

Police have closed 4 Street S.W. between 11 Avenue and 10 Avenue because of a sink hole.

Motorists are advised to avoid the area and find an alternate route.

Isn't that where Gateway's hole in the ground is? Wonder if that has anything to do with it.

No clue, but I'm sure it's big enough to do some damage to cars, and that's why the closure.

Atleast they closed the damn road instead of putting pylons in it which dissappear after a short period into the hole :rofl:

I just walked by there and didn't see any holes. The roads closed, and it looks like there's 20 engineers kicking around.

My dad drove there a little earlier apparently it was pretty bad.
