Finally finished University and am planning on renting a pickup next week to move all my junk from Saskatoon back to Calgary. Not too familiar with which companies allow one-way truck rentals, but am looking for the lowest cost. Can anybody recommend a company?

Note: Only looking for either a 1/2-tonne pickup or a cargo van; NOT the freight trucks - the move is only for myself. The vehicle must have a hitch as well so that I can have my Civic in tow behind it.

Thanks for the help in advance!

I know Hertz does it. It gets pricey though.
And the trucks/vans dont come with a hitch.

Just checked Hertz and they don't have pickups/cargo vans.

As for U-Haul, they don't allow one-way drop-offs for their pickups/cargo vans, only their freight trucks. :thumbsdow

U-Haul. $505 for next week. May get cheaper if outside month end, but you get truck for 3 days (does not seem to give options on # of days)

That's the price for their smallest freight truck with the hitch and tow-anchor. I'm looking to save myself a few bucks by just renting a pickup with a hitch to tow my car with. Don't need the cargo space offered by these bigger trucks. Thanks though...
