'86 Civic heater no longer working

Hello. I got in my car a few days ago and the heat no longer seems to work! Even if I switch it to Vent, Heat, Defrost, High/Low, no air will blow. It's as if I haven't done anything at all. Defrost no longer working on the back window either (I think). Any idea what I should check first? Thanks.

Check your fuse/Resistor for the heater. If its still good try banging on the blower.

Im not too sure about the rear defroster though.
