How much stuff is wrong with the car

There is a little bit of rust on the driver side door around key hole.
also could use a wheel alignment the car doesnt pull to the left or right just the steering wheel isnt centered. forgot to mention that there is also an stage 2 xtd clutch and 9lb xtd flywheel was installed same time as engine.
