No, No it's not 29.99$ for one fax is far from free
all it tells me is there 5 reports on it that can be from different people insuring it, accident, odo rollbacks, or if its a real lemon.

I don't know if it has changed but last time I bought a Carfax the End User License Agreement said I can use it as much as I want for 1 month. But at the end of the month if I used it only once, they'd refund my $30.

So it's not exactly far from free.
