By everything to bolt in to an S13 do you mean motor mounts/tranny/driveshaft as well in the $3500??

Yeah for 3500 you get everything if you want it mounts drive shaft harness the whole she bang

as for the other one couldint find to much but it says

S13 radiators are about an inch shorter that R32 radiators, so if you put this radiator in a R32 it would sit below the upper rad support by an inch or so.

it is just a quick release hub its not a steering wheel itself

yeah a guy in Calgary bought the shell. couldint tell you what those fans were off of I just bought them off a friend.
