Unplugged Shaw digital cable, now wont work

I unplugged my Shaw digital cable box, now it says 'one moment please, this channel will be available shortly'...its been like this for 10 mins. Any idea?

How long was it unplugged for? Or is it kinda old perchance? Anyway you might need to call and have them "hit" it (reset from their end)
