hmm.. exactly what my wife and I are after.

So let's get this straight:

-We go to Subaru, get the lease transfered over to my wife. Any fees involved there?

-we pay nothing more than $650 per month?

What's the yearly KM allowance?

There might be an admin fee for the transfer of the lease. Just a heads up.

The buy out is the amount the car will cost you to take home AFTER the lease terms are over. In this case, you could take the $650 monthly payment, multiply it by the remaining months and then add an additional $20k on to figure out the buy it now price.

its only about two and half weeks old so the lease is got 47 months left at $650 tax in a month. The kilometer allowance is 24,000 a year and the buyout at the end is $20,690. So it works out to around a discount of $5350 plus one month gone at $650, as well as a full avery clear kit that is worth over $650 installed.

You will have a hard time beating that deal with that payment and the only thing you pay to take it over is the $500 transfer fee which I feel is fair that the buyer pays at that price they end paying for the car.

If you want to figure it out just go to the Subaru Canada site and go to the payment est for the STI and plug in $5350 into the downpayment part and you get the $650 a month on a 48 month lease. The site also doesnt factor in the extra dealer fees they try slide in when you down there which also equates to a further discount on the price of what you would get.

sorry my numbers will be off now vs the subaru website as they raised the risidual value to what it looks like just over $22,000 instead of my $20,690 so the discount numbers i gave look to high but they are true as if you go down now and buy one the payout at the end is higher so you would owe more at the end of the lease

I'm not sure if this post will get deleted but I have to ask what changed within a span of two weeks that would cause you to have to get out of your lease providing you didn't just lose your job?
