Lately, I've been eating more fruits than normal. My typical day has:

one quarter of a melon
one quarter of a honeydew
one eighth of a watermelon
one banana

On the toilet more often than usual. Is this definitely a fruit issue?

Two issues could be at work here.
1) many fruits and vegetables are high in fibre, which makes your stools more bulky
2) some fruits are natural laxatives, which make you poop more.

I can't say for sure which are which, but pics would definitely help me figure out which problem you're having.

I will post pictures tomorrow after I have my morning dump. Is that allowed on this site?

Lol. Dude that's still only 10g fiber.

Average American eats 12/day. The recommended is 25g/day.

This is complete rubbish for a lifter, fighter, bodybuilder, or anyone who is consuming increased protein/fats to accommodate a high physical stress environment.

With me during cutting, I'm consuming roughly 50g/day.

25oz broccoli, 3 oz mixed nuts, 8-10 cups baby spinach leaves, 1 cucumber, 2 scoops GI Fortitude (Fiber/metabolic supplement)

During Bulking it's around 60g/day.

Decreased fiber can also lead to a mile of health issues, added weight gain, excess bloating, yada yada yada.

So to answer your question, I'd wager it's something else in your diet. Do you drink a lot of milk? You could be intolerant to the milk and not know it and the slight added fiber is just opening the flood gates.

Try drinking a whole bunch of water.

EDIT: Was using brothers account, this is Darkane.

I do drink quite a bit of milk. I have around 300ml every morning with four Weetabix biscuits in it and a tiny bit of sugar on top.

I do eat alot of unsalted almonds as I think they are the best nut for you...is this true?

I think walnuts are better. But I don't recall where I read that from.

All nuts are pretty good, except Peanuts.

To many people have slight intolerance's to them and don't know it. You feel fine (Maybe slight bloating) but release cortisol if you are intolerant. Cortisol kills Testosterone and it's not good.

I eat Walnuts, Almonds, Cashews, Pecans, Brazil nuts, Pistachio, Hazelnuts etc.

But I think Almonds have a slight edge in the muscle department.

Thats it? I down half a bottle of metamucil with a gallon of prune juice every morning, and that's before my salad bowl sized portion of all bran.

25g of fiber, ppfft that's for pussies

Agreed, peanuts aren't nuts, they are legumes, cashews are something entirely different and I stay away from them as much as I can as well.
