So I've been snacking on these things for quite some time...my freezer is full of them. I'm kind of bored of the usual boil and add salt to them afterwards. And I don't think all this salt intake is good for me.

What are some other ways to prepare edamame beans? All the websites except for 1 were the same thing, boil and add salt. I mean i found recipes for edamame hummus, but I want to eat it out of the pod.

post em up if you got any!
