Suites to rent for bachelor party?

I'm trying to throw a bachelor party in Calgary around the end of May. About 14 people in total. The idea is a pretty casual poker game, with topless dealers & strippers. Nothing too crazy, but we're having trouble tieing down a location. Most of the guests are married /w kids, so we're looking into hotel suites.

There seems to be no middle ground. All of the suites are either way to fancy and cost $1200/night or they're a total dive and run $150/night.

Anyone have any ideas?
