Before i used to be able to just close Firefox and once i would open it again i would still be logged in. Every time i open it now i have to put in my user name and password. This isn't just on beyond but all the forums im on.

I have gone into Tools,Options,Security and selected remember passwords for sites. But all it does it put's my user name and password in for me. I just want to go to the site and be logged in already haha.

Just wondering if anyone knows how to fix this?

i'd assume somewhere along the lines you turned off cookies?

I'm having the exact same problem on FF as well. Would like to find a solution too! I know for sure I didn't disable my cookies so that's likely not the culprit.

Hope this (http://kb.mozillazine.org/User_name_and_password_not_remembered) helps.

Firefox occasionally has a problem with the cookies getting corrupted and thus not being able to remember "keep me logged in" on websites such as beyond.

Rename your cookies file and restart. That should fix it, if that is indeed the problem (If it isn't change your file back). Check here for instructions:

It is not a cookie problem as I delete my cookies often and it happens with a 'fresh' machine.

The quickest fix is to just refresh the page. it usually resolves itself on the first or second refresh.

For me it was getting rid of the cookies and then it was fine.

Thanks for the help.
