Mechanicaly perfect
Compression is 155 psi across the board
Motor is 100% stock setup
All new belts , Pitwork / hks

Hicas works perfectly and is 100% leak free ( not a fun job)
I bought this car from a fellow who said it was a perfect motor lol < never trust anyone these days >
discovered the motor was pooched #6 had under 50 psi and it had vacuum leaks out the wazzu ,
I purchased a engine of undertermated milage from japan
Got very lucky as the JDM used engine was in fantastic shape.
I have put over the selling price into this car just to make it reliable and mechanicaly sound again.
I currently own 2 gtr's and I know all about the shadyness surrounding buying one of these cars from an importer or from anyone .
For the prospective buyer I have made a list of everything wrong with this car.
THE BAD
Needs various chassis bushing's , swaybar bushing ect .
They are intact but showing there age.
The climate control works 50/50 , at some point i belive the previous owner swapped this unit out.
Needs some TLC on the rear interior pillars the sun has made some of the fabric pull away from the plastic it was glued to.
needs new ACC valve , idle is @ 950 - 1000 rpm. hot .
this you can get nissan japan .
Rear Diff needs a new gasket , not leaking much just sweating.
I will allow test drives if you have enough of a deposit to stop you from doing anything stupid.
Car is located in edmonton is insured and currenlty on the road.
opp passed and mechanical inspected and passed.
I will be more then happy to perform a compression test with the prospective buyer's.
Car is ready to go ASAP.
You will not find a better GTR in this country anywhere near 9,000 $ it is priced to sell.
Not a to good to be true sale come see for yourself.
