Up for sale is my 87 Ford Thunderbird Turbo Coupe,has the factory 2.3l intercooled turbo 4 cyl,same as in the SVO mustangs,factory rated at 190 hp,BONE STOCK never touched,still pulls quite nice for a big car,has a 5 speed manual trans(i think its a t-5)8.8posi rear,4 wheel disk brakes w/antilock (still works)and driver selectable ride control (also still works)It also has all the usual power options,windows,door locks,seats,trunk opener,mirrors,and antenna,all still in working order,car has 162,000 original kms, and is a calgary car since new.
The body is in very nice condition,original paint and very small amount of rust (mostly where paint chipped on the lower parts of the door surface only which i have touched up)in awsome shape for a 22yr old car! No big dents and the paint still shines nicely.The interior is fair with the seats having some sun fade,and some cigarette burns (from previous owners)otherwise is clean and original except the aftermarket raidio (i have the factory unit)It runs very well and does not burn of leak oil,it idles high sometimes ???dont know why??? It drives very well,still handles nice,and is very tight, It seems to be a very solid well built car.I always wanted one of these to modify,but have not touched this one,and hardly drive it,i looked at several before buying this one,they are getting hard to find in good shape.If you have any questions just ask. $2800
