Looking for your opinion on the following sample Video's (http://www.youtube.com/user/WorkoutMuse) ...
Just starting to get back into shape, its been awhile =)
Since I am normally pressed for time, I am trying to develop an effective routine that targets the areas I want the fastest results with...
Arms, Core, Legs, and butt
The concept from these videos is essentially to workout for 20s, rest for 10s, doing 8 sets in 4 mins, repeating for 20mins. This is simply for my home routine, I have also started to go to the gym as well.
Background: Female, 30yrs old, 125 Pounds, small frame
Videos are somewhat cheesy, but after trying some of the exercise I felt pretty good afterward's...

Not sure if you have much previous experience with movements but I'd recommend crossfit @ crossfit.com, totally free.

Tons of varierty, same workout only comes up every 3 months or so and paired with a proper diet (i'd recommend paleo) I don't see this being beat for getting fit. Great for females but you will have some difficulty to start in learning the movements etc. Watch a ton of the videos, check out the scaled down workouts and bug the trainers at your gym to assist you with form.

they make you sweat and make you feel it the next day =D enjoy!
